The Annual General Meeting of WIE Affinity Kharagpur Section was jointly held with the Annual General Meeting of the IEEE Student Branch of IIT Kharagpur. The meeting was attended by around 60 members of Kharagpur Section, Student Branch of IIT Kharagpur and Student Branch of Haldia Institute of Technology.

The slate of office bearers for 2013 was announced in this meeting. The 2013 Executive Committee comprised Anji Anura (Chair), Satarupa Biswas (Vice Chair), Gargi Roy (Secretary), Rajlaxmi Chouhan (Treasurer) of IIT Kharagpur. The activity report of 2012, and the activity plans for 2013 were also presented.
