To mark the celebrations of IEEE Day 2014, a Document Typesetting (LaTeX) Workshop was organized by IEEE Student Branch of IIT Kharagpur, EMB Student Club and IEEE WIE Affinity Group of Kharagpur Section on October 21, 2014.

The technical session followed a introductory session on membership benefits of IEEE and WIE. Two parallel lab sessions were conducted, each one running for nearly 3 hours. The sessions comprised practical hands-on training of paper writing and report writing using LaTeX.

The workshop witnessed overwhelming participation from nearly 200 students across various disciplines of IIT Kharagpur.

This event was a part of the on-going document typesetting/LaTeX workshop series.

A Linux Install Fest was organized on August 09, 2014, as a part of the open source workshop series.
