The conference will be held at the Huntsville Marriott Hotel, Five Tranquility Base, Huntsville, Alabama. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Government Rate of $70 and the Corporate Rate of $94 for single or double rooms. A valid United States or Foreign Government identification must be provided upon check-in to obtain the Government rate. Reservations must be made directly with the Marriott at (888) 299-5174 or (256) 830-2222. Call the above number and tell the reservationist that you are registering for the IEEE conference. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservations must be received on or before 7 April 2003 to be guaranteed the above rates. AIRPORT TRANSFERS

The Huntsville Marriott is located about 17 km (10 miles) East of the Huntsville International Airport. The hotel operates a complimentary airport shuttle on a frequency of every hour on the hour. Passengers arriving at other times may simply pick up the Marriott courtesy phone located in the airport baggage claim area for a direct connection to the hotel, and a shuttle van will be dispatched on request.
