- Security Design Leader - Justice Facilities

Mead & Hunt is growing and is looking for a security design leader with prior experience working on security and electronics systems for jails, prisons, courthouses, or juvenile detention centers. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing group with extensive backlog and serve as the national expert for Mead & Hunt's justice system clients. Mead & Hunt works on both redesign and new security systems with justice facilities nationwide. This individual will have the opportunity to work on projects from inception all the way through completion. In this role, the individual will serve as the client liaison in addition to overseeing internal design staff doing the production work. This position affords the right individual an excellent opportunity to reach the next step in his/her career. In this role the individual has the potential to move up quickly to run a market sector within Mead & Hunt. The individual can work anywhere within the US; please indicate location preference when applying for the position.

Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience.
* Prior experience working on security and electronics systems for jails, prisons, courthouses or juvenile detention centers is required.
* Ability to serve as the technical expert for security and electronics systems.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with clients.
