- Welcome to the new
millennium! I hope you had a
nice break and ready to go back to work. This is the time
again to plan for our Annual Banquet during which
we award our Section award winners. This year's banquet
will be held later in March at the 4th Fighter Group. We
are pleased to welcome Dr. Sam Durance as our main
speaker. Dr. Durance flew two space shuttle missions.
Also, we will enjoy the evening with some entertainment.

- Starting January 2000, the
ExCom monthly meeting will be held on the first Tuesday
of the month in Room Engineering 288 at 5:30. Please plan
to attend. Also, I would like to take this opportunity to
announce that the Electrical Engineering Professional
Engineering training course will be held again at UCF
later in February. If you are planning to take the PE,
this short course will help you greatly. If you have any
