The 19th BME Bio-Tech Applications Contest - February 11, 2017

The 19th BME Bio-Tech Contest – will take  place February 11, 2017 (Saturday) at Caltech, Moore Building (93 on the map), Moore Lab, room B270 (starting at 11:00 AM). This event will be held courtesy of the Department of Electrical Engineering.  See applicable links for directions, campus map, and parking information. (Note: There is open parking on the west side of the building.  Visitors should avoid parking in any named spot.  There is no charge for parking on Saturday.) Organized as a part of Interacademic Cooperation.

The 18th BME Bio-Tech -2016 took  place on the USC main campus, Salvatori Computer Science (SAL) Bldg, first floor, SAL-101 – courtesy of the USC Department of Biomedical Engineering. Starting at 11 AM.  See the map links for driving directions and location. Map A,   Map B  . Enter USC through Gate 1 (Exposition Blvd and Watt Way). The 17th IEEE Bio-Tech Contest - 2015 took place on February 7, 2017 at Claremont Graduate University (CGU), Burkle Building, room 14, (starting at 10:30 AM). This event was held courtesy of the CGU faculty members.   See applicable links for directions, campus map, and parking information. Also, Parking on the street is free. The 15th BME Bio-Tech Contest - 2013; February 9, 2013, jointly organized with the Orange County Chapter and Orange County Student Chapter of the IEEE EMB Society, took place at UC Irvine, Natural Sciences II conference room 3201 (starting at 11:00 AM). NS-2 is building 402 on the campus map. Driving directions. If you take 73 south to come to campus, you will exit Bison. Turn left on Bison and go all the way to almost the end. There's a parking lot (Lot 12A) on your right (see campus map).  Parking information  Visitors can go to the electronic parking permit dispensing machine (represented by a star symbol on the map) and purchase a parking permit. Choosing "ST Reserved" option on the machine would be $14 (all day), but it allows you to park anywhere except handicapped parking. Visitors will then place the permit on their dashboards and park at any parking spot except handicapped ones. You can park at "AR Reserved".  Other parking options and rates. The participants should save parking permit for a possible reimbursement.  Car pooling encouraged.  (Check for additional schedule and other details). (Note: There is a parking lot in front of the Moore building that can be used.  Visitors should avoid parking in any named spot.  There is no charge for parking on Saturday.) The 13th BME Bio-Tech -2011 event took place at UCLA Kinsey Pavilion 1200B. (starting at 11:00 AM).  Parking  arrangements see email, though we request that car pooling be used if possible.
