Registration Fee

There is NO registration fee. All IEEE Student and Graduate Student Members are welcome to attend this congress.

Accommodation

The accommodation fee is £50 per day i.e. £100 for two days of the congress.
Payment Should be sent in our account before 15th August, 2011.

Travelling Expenses

The congress team will conver 50% of your the travel expenses of the participants who are coming from outside the Greater London area and are staying in Queen Mary, UoL. Please submit your original travel ticket to us during the congress to claim your expense.
