Why Sponsor?

This event has not been hosted in Pittsburgh since the 1980's. We are proud to have secured the bid and have a great team of students along with support from professionals in the Swanson School of Engineering and University and Pittsburgh's professional section of IEEE to ensure that this event is one to remember. Past sponsors of this annual event include companies such as Microsoft, Lockheed Martin, General Electric, Proctor and Gamble, and Rockwell Automation.
Highlighted here is a selection of our most important opportunities.

  • Our headline event,available only to the Event Sponsor, is our keynote address during the dinner event on Saturdaynight. All attendees are present and are actively engaged to hear yor message.
  • We will host an exciting networking event that encourages students to actively engage with your recruiters in a focused atmosphere. Friday night, after students arrive to Pittsburgh, students who RSVP would be matched with your representative for 5-10 minutes to talk about their interests in selected technical and non-technical engineering job roles at your company. This gives students the opportunity to learn about you and for your recruiters to save time.
  • Our professional panels on Saturday morning will be split into three tracks of (1) involvement in professional organizations, (2) diversity jointly hosted with the Engineering Office of Diversity, and (3) entrepreneurship. The diversity panel will be open to the public.
  • Company information session opportunities are available during the morning
