BACKGROUND

The 2002 IEEE Canadian Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering (CCECE'02) is run by a Conference Committee, consisting of a number of subcommittees. The committee was set up in 1999, developed into most of the subcommittees in 2000, and has been in full operation since April 2001.
