GENERAL COMMENTS

The 2002 IEEE Canadian Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering has been publishing two forms of the conference proceedings:

Electronic form as a CD-ROM
Printed version (usually two volumes)
CJECE version (under negotiations)

CD-ROM

The electronic version of the proceedings contains the equivalent of the printed version of the proceedings. It includes all the papers as presented at the conference. Hovever, unlike the printed version, each paper is not only hyperlinked within the CD-ROMbut is also searcheable.

DISTRIBUTION

The CD-ROM version of the proceedings is distributed to all the conference attendees.
