GENERAL COMMENTS

The 2002 IEEE Canadian Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering has been publishing two forms of the conference proceedings:

Electronic form as a CD-ROM
Printed version (usually two volumes)
CJECE version (under negotiations)

CD-ROM

The PRINTED version of the proceedings contains all the papers as presented at the conference.

DISTRIBUTION

The PRINTED version of the proceedings is NOT distributed to the conference attendees under the standard fee. The set can be purchased either from the conference organizers (prior to the conference), or from the IEEE Headquarters (after the conference).
