BACKGROUNDThe 2002 IEEE Canadian Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering (CCECE02) will follow the tradition of opening each day with a Plenary Speaker. All conference participants are invited to attend the plenary presentations.The plenary speakers are selected from the the most prominent researchers in this country. They are often IEEE Distinguished Spekers, speaking on their topics of expertise in Canada and around the globe.
