The following author's guide is provided to ensure that your complete
paper meets the required standards for publication in
the Conference Proceedings.
Paper Publication
Papers accepted for publication at the Canadian Conference on Electrical
and Computer Engineering 2007, will be published in the Conference
Proceedings and will be available worldwide from
the IEEE through IEEE Xplore.
Full Paper Submission
Paper submissions will be processed through IEEE Conference Publishing.
For complete paper preparation and submission instructions,
access the
IEEE Conference Publishing
website, and enter the conference id: ccece07.
The IEEE author instructions page will then be presented, with complete
paper preparation and submission instructions.
To begin the submission process, the author is required to create
a Conference Express account. A link is provided on the IEEE
author instructions page. Submission of the copyright form will also
be handled electronically through Conference Express.
As part of the submission process, a registration code is required.
The registration code will be provided to the author, once a completed
registration is received. Note that a unique
registration code will be provided for each completed registration.
For authors with more than one paper, the same registration code
will be used for all the papers.
Maximum length of a paper is 4 pages.
The author must pay an extra $100.00/page for those pages exceeding 4.
For publication in the proceedings, the Conference Committee must have
received, by the deadline:

an Approved PDF of your paper, submitted through Conference Express.

the completed copyright form, also submitted through Conference Express.

the full registration fee.
The registration form should be submitted along with the appropriate
fees as directed on the Registration Page.
