Dr. Witold Kinsner

Dr. Kinsner is Professor and Associate Head at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Manitoba. He is also Affiliate Professor at the Institute of Industrial Mathematical Sciences, Adjunct Scientist at the Telecommunications Research Laboratories, TRLabs, and a registered professional engineer in Manitoba. Prior to joining University of Manitoba in 1978, he was also Assistant Professor at McMaster University and McGill University. He was a co-founder and Director of Research of the first Microelectronics Centre in Canada between 1978 and 1987.
