IEEE Region 8 workshop program offers Development of Leadership Skills and Project Management workshops. The two workshops are both full-day workshops conducted with the team of trainers. Development of Leadership Skills will introduce participants into interpersonal, group, team and leadership skills (more). Project Management workshop will introduce participants into project management techniques and how to apply them (more). Both workshops are highly interactive, illustrated with several team assignments and individual exercises. Workshops are organized and sponsored by R8 EASC together with R8 Sections and Student branches (more). Workshops can be organized as part of the conference programs, student events, IEEE promotional activities, etc. Workshops are especially appropriate for, but not limited to, senior students and young professionals. Their modular structure is adjustable to audience and organizers needs.
