Instructions: You may run the main executable(piit-impulse-L2-2.exe) from any location but the DLL file(inpout32.dll) must be placed in the %systemroot%\system32 directory, for the software to function properly.
As an example most people will have the directory located at:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\
