Minutes of IEEE Create meeting held on November 7th , 2007

Participants of the meeting were:

Points discussed  in the meeting were:

·        Preparation for orientation was discussed

·        Proper schedule of event was checked by Dr.azzam.

·        Applications were forwarded to concerned authorities.

·        Members were assigned there duties

Ø      Chair student branch will make a presentation about IEEE membership procedure & CD made by IEEE CREATE for ist semester students.

Ø      Vice Chair will finalize the IEEE presentation.

Ø      Vice chair & secretary  will finalize the samples for certificates that will later be approved by the teacher incharge.

Ø      Website incharge  will make presentation for the IEEE website.

Ø      Secretary & notice board incharge will make notices for the upcoming event.

Ø      Duty for preparing video(covering IEEE educational& social events)is assigned to members from CSE department.

Ø      Various duties regarding stage preparations & other management duties were assigned to different members.

·        Upcoming events & activities of student branch were also dicussed. It inculdes

Ø      Seminars

Ø      Lectures from foreign members in december.

Ø      Various programs for providing technology updates.

Ø      Quiz competitions

Ø      Gaming competitions.

      in the coming meeting  final preparations  will be  presented to Dr.Azzam .

the date for the next official  meeing will be notified on coming monday.

an unformal meeting of present IEEE CREATE Execuive commitee in sceduled to be held on monday november 12.2007.
