What is CREATE ?
The IEEE’s first ever student branch of the province was registered by the students of NWFP UET Peshawar in summer 2006. The student branch was registered by the name of IEEE CREATE (Center for Research in Engineering and Advancement of Technology). Ever since its creation the student branch members have been actively engaged in events for sharing knowledge and promoting IEEE.

Objective:
The main objective if IEEE CREATE is to promote the networking, sharing of information & knowledge among students in addition to polishing their technical skills.

Specific Goals of CREATE in coming years:
- Membership promotion
- Fund Raising
- Invite more technical speakers
- Formation of student chapters in other universities within the province.
