The recommended route to the hotel is:
From Tokyo to Odawara by Shinkansen in 40 minutes.
From Odawara to Moto-Hakone by bus in 50 minutes: the approximate cost is 1300 Yen.
From Moto-Hakone to the hotel by a hotel bus in 5 minutes.

To find the bus at Odawara: go to the east end of the train station and look for
Bus Terminal Number 3 from which buses to Moto-Hakone depart. At the Moto-Hakone
bus junction, please look around to find the hotel bus.

You can also use a taxi from Odawara to the hotel at a cost of 7000-8000 Yen.
