2006 IAS Annual Conference Author Upload Information

Authors will need to register with the conference PRIOR to submission of their papers to the Technical Program Coordinator since they will need their conference registration number to upload their paper(s).  Also, for authors of more than two papers, there is an additional $125 fee for more than two papers submitted.  For more detail of registration requirements for authors of papers, please see Registration Requirements for Paper Authors file link on the left menu bar.  Authors can view formatting guidelines and general paper instructions but authors can not upload their papers until they have their paper numbers (given to them by the IAS Technical Program Coordinator via email) and their conference registration number.

All authors will be contacted by the IAS Technical Program Chair with a unique paper ID number.  Authors can go to the IEEE paper upload site to get formatting instructions, templates, etc to prepare their papers.  Once the paper is ready for uploading, the paper can be uploaded at the same IEEE paper upload site.  A generic copy of the email instructions that was sent to all corresponding authors of accepted conference papers is posted at Author paper submittal instructions.  If any corresponding author did not receive such an email, they should contact the Technical Program Coordinator.  Contact information for the TPC can be found at the Committee page.
