Visa Letter

If you require an official letter for visa purposes, please follow the below procedure:

First, you must register for the conference. Once fully registered and fees paid, we would be able to assist you in having your visa granted to attend the conference.

Second, send the following information via email to 2011nss.mic@ciemat.es or jm.perez@ciemat.es:

1. Copy of the confirmation of registration you will receive per email
2. Reference of the paper you are presenting, number, title and/or authors (if any)
3. Your full name, Institute postal address and passport number

It is important to be accurate in the details to avoid rejections from the embassies.

Once we have received the above information we will immediately send you the official electronic letter. Please note that you will be responsible for all your travel expenses.
