Conference and workshop fees include coffee breaks, lunch and afternoon tea as well as the adjourn drinks after the closing ceremony.
All social events (see below) are included in the 3-day conference fees. It is possible to register partners etc. for our banquet dinner on Tuesday and BBQ on Sunday night.

Method of Payment
As far as credit cards are concerned, Visa/MC and AmEx can be used.
Registration and cancellation policy
Presenters must register for a 3-day ticket before they submit their final paper. All fees are VAT-exempt. We only accept credit card payments.
Papers should be maximum of six pages in length, with up to two extra pages at the cost of $185 per extra page.

— Regular registration – 2 papers upload allowed
For any additional paper you want to upload, you have to pay $300.
By providing your IEEE membership number of RAS/EMBS, you allow us to check your membership status with the professional organization. Failing to confirm membership status will result in a non- member fee without refund of previously paid fees.
BioRob 2018 does not refund conference fees in case of cancellations, VISA-issues, special circumstances, perceived mismatch in member/non-member fees, etc. Please contact the IEEE RAS/EMBC secretary for additional details.
