Contributed Papers Prospective authors of technical contributed papers are asked to submit up to 6 pages on double column IEEE format A4 template of IEEE Conferences (MS Word and LaTeX templates). Papers must follow the IEEE PDF Requirements for writing and creating PDF documents for the IEEE Xplore and IEEE eCopyright. The submission and review of manuscripts for MEPCON 2018 will be managed through an online conference paper management system 'EasyChair registration upon and following up the link: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=mepcon2018 Final Manuscripts exceeding six pages and up to 8 pages will be offered to publication extra page charges of LE300/US$75 per page. Submitted papers will be refereed by peer reviewers to ensure the quality of the technical content. Papers to be presented at MEPCON'2018 Must contain original material.All papers will be checked first before reviewing for abiding to the IEEE Policy on Plagiarism. The conference organizers will strictly follow the IEEE guidelines in such matter. At least one of the prospective authors of each paper must register in the conference. For late registration the Will will increased as shown in the registration table.Accepted papers will be presented either in oral presentation sessions or in poster presentation sessions Both types of papers will fully be published in MEPCON 2018 International Proceedings and IEEE Xplore. Each oral presented paper will have 15 To 20 minutes of presentations and discussions. On the other hand, each poster presented paper will be displayed in the poster session and their authors will give 10 to 15 minutes presentation to the Chairmen of the session and to informed participants.
