Description

The first conference ELMA was held in Varna in November 1975. Originally the conference was conceived as a forum on electric machines. Gradually, the scope is extended and currently it includes all aspects of modern electrical engineering.
The main aim of the conference ELMA 2019 is to give an opportunity to academics, scientists, engineers, PhD students, manufacturers and users to discuss and exchange information about the results of their theoretical and experimental investigation, the utilization of new materials and application of new technologies in the field of electrical machines, drives power electronics and power systems.

Author guidelines

All accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and submitted to the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, Scopus and Web of Science databases, IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the confernce, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.
