Description
Research in the scientific understanding of pre-harvest sprouting and breeding for PHS tolerance cereals will be promoted by a host of world-class scientists and industry representatives that will highlight both applied and fundamental research works. The wide-range realm of the regulation of dormancy and germination, baking quality and end-use, germination and malting, and new germplasm materials and method for PHS tolerance breeding will be discussed. It will provide participants with a comprehensive and fruitful experience. Welcome to the 14th International Symposium on Pre-Harvest Sprouting in Cereals from July 30 to August 2, 2019 in Chengdu, China.
