Call for paper description

Papers presented at the ICAR 2019 will be archived in IEEE Xplore. Please submit them via the customary PaperPlaza process, follow formatting instructions to prepare the manuscripts for initial and (if accepted) final submissions. Authors are encouraged to use the available Latex or Microsoft Word templates to prepare the manuscripts. Only PDFs are accepted for submission. Information on generating and testing IEEE Xplore-compliant PDFs can be found here.

Submitted manuscripts undergo full-paper peer review. For the initial submission, a maximum of six pages, in the standard two-column format, is allowed for each paper. For the final submission of accepted papers, six pages in the standard two-column format are allowed for each paper, with a maximum of two additional pages permitted at an extra charge of $150 per page.

The final submission of an accepted paper requires a full registration (at non-student rate) by one of the coauthors. A single registration can be used to upload up to two papers.

Accepted papers will be assigned to oral sessions at the discretion of the Program Committee.
