Description
1st International Conference on Asia Border Studies: Smart Partnership in Cross Border Development and Governance in Asia (ABoSC2020), is organized by Universiti Utara Malaysia Research Institute for Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore (UUM-ITS) in collaboration with universities from Thailand - National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), Bangkok and Prince of Songkhla University (PSU), Songkhla, and Indonesia - Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri (IPDN), Bandung, Universitas Krisnadwipayana (UNKRIS), Jakarta and Universitas Pasundan Bandung (UNPAS), Bandung. The conference aims to gather leading academicians, scholars and researchers to share to share their knowledge and ideas, as well as to discuss current developments and issues in the relevant fields of border studies. ABoSC2020 will also serve as an avenue for them to build a networking community to facilitate discussion and exchange of ideas and experiences in handling current issues of cross border development and governance in Asia.
SCOPE & SUB-THEMES: Topics of interests for paper submission include, but are not limited to:
