Description

The local organizing committee has the pleasure of hosting the 18th International Congress of Comparative Endocrinology (ICCE18) in Chateau Lake Louise, Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada. The Canadian Rockies National Parks system is an UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1984 and the Lake Louise area is one of the jewels within the Banff National Park system. The local organizing committee has negotiated special reduced rate for ICCE18 participants to make it affordable for the delegates and accompanying members. In addition, there are other hotels and lodges nearby, including a hostel in the village of Lake Louise to provide a range of accommodation rates.  As such, the location of Lake Louise should provide a venue that is conducive to scientific interactions, as well as providing an inspirational landscape for social and familial outings.

The Chateau Lake Louise is nestled within the Rockies at an altitude of ~1660 meters (~5450 feet) above sea level, situated right on the shore of the world famous Lake Louise, within sight of the Victoria Glacier, and about 2 hours west of Calgary (30-40 minutes from Banff) by automobile. Rental vehicles will be available at special rate as well as well organized shuttle service to transfer delegates from the Calgary International airport to the conference site.

We look forward to hosting you all in June 2017 for an exciting and unforgettable meeting.
