Final Paper Submission

Initial Submission Guideline

All papers must be written in English and submitted electronically in PDF format via PaperPlaza (https://ras.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl).

• Paper size: As for IEEE conferences, the paper size for submission must be US Letter.
• Paper format: Two-column format in the IEEE style is required.
• Page limit: For the first submission, a manuscript can be of 6-8 pages. For the final submission, a manuscript should be of 6 pages, with 2 additional pages allowed but at an extra charge (10,000 JPY per page).
• PDF file: A manuscript file needs to be converted into its PDF version for submission. Please limit the size of the PDF file to be 2MB.

Accepted papers will be presented in an oral presentation session and appear in the conference proceedings as well as at IEEE Xplore.

You can also submit a video as a supplementary material along with your manuscript, for instance to demonstrate your experimental results.

Video attachment (Optional)

Authors are encouraged to include a single optional video in one of the following formats: mpg, mpeg or mp4. The length of the video should be about 1 minute and the file size is limited to 5MB.
