These are the forms that will be used by judges in evaluating presentations for Best Paper, Best Student Paper, Best Poster, and Best Demo. Please also see information below concerning the Best Teaser and Best Review Awards.

- The Best Teaser Award will be determined by audience vote by ballots that will be provided at the time of registration and collected at the end of the sessions on Thursday 3/25/2010.
- The Best Reviewer Award will be selected by the program committee based on the quality of the recipient's paper review(s).
