We invite you to attend the 15th IEEE RAS Humanoids Conference, to be held in Seoul, Korea on November 3 - 5, 2015. The conference theme will be "Humanoids in the New Media Age." Robots are already beginning to function in shared spaces with humans, in roles that are increasingly more social and personal. The proliferation of new media such as mobile devices, wireless technologies and cloud computing, has the potential to fundamentally change the way in which robots acquire information and make decisions, and also how robots will interact with humans and other robots.
   Several of the teams that participated in the final round of the recent Darpa Robotics Challenge (DRC) will be coming to Humanoids 2015 for presentation and demonstration of their works, both during regular sessions and at the opening event scheduled for November 3.
   The conference venue will be the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), Korea's leading national robotics research center located near the heart of downtown Seoul.
