Registration payment, in CNY (￥) only, is due within 10 days of receipt of your registration. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. The registration fee includes program material, Electronic Technical Digest, exhibit hall access, welcome reception, Wednesday Conference Banquet, lunches, refreshment/coffee breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than 10 January 2016. No refunds will be made after this date.

Please join us Wednesday evening for the MEMS 2016 Conference banquet. Banquet tickets for attendees are included in the price of full registration. Tickets for guests can be purchased for CNY900.
