The registration fees for the IEEE MEMS 2017 Conference are as follows:

Registration payment, in US Dollars ($) only, is due within 10 days of receipt of your registration. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. The registration fee includes program material, (1) Electronic Technical Digest, exhibit hall access, welcome reception, Wednesday Conference Banquet, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, refreshment/coffee breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. A $50 fee will be charged for all substitutions. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than January 17, 2017. No refunds will be made after this date. Refunds will also not be granted for abstracts not accepted for presentation.

Wednesday Conference Banquet
Please join us Wednesday evening for the MEMS 2017 Conference banquet. Banquet tickets for attendees are included in the price of registration, unless a daily registrant. Tickets for guest can be purchased for $85. To add a banquet to an existing registration, please visit this link.

How to Register
There are two ways to register for the IEEE MEMS 2017 Conference:

1. Online via our secure system, please visit our electronic registration page.
2. Offline, please download the Registration Form (PDF).

Registration Receipt
Your registration receipt will be emailed to you from registration@mems2015.org once your payment has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time of registration to receive your receipt.

Conference Location & Hotel Accommodations
The 30th IEEE MEMS 2017 Conference will be held at the Rio Las Vegas Hotel and Casino and the conference has arranged for discounted rooms. The cut-off date for the discounted room block is Friday, December 30, 2016. Any reservations made after December 30, 2016 are subject to availability of space and special group rate. Transportation
The Rio Las Vegas Hotel and Casino is located is 4.5 miles from McCarran International Airport. The Las Vegas Strip is less than one mile away. It is recommended to fly into the area's main airport: McCarran International Airport (IATA: LAS).

Passports and Visa Information
All foreign visitors desiring to enter the United States must have a valid passport. Follow this link for Visa Information. If, for some reason, your visa application is denied, your registration fees will be refunded to you in full with proper documentation.
