Submission Guideline

Official language is English in paper writing and presenting. Manuscripts should be at least 4 full pages and at most 10 pages. Prospective authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers (which is NOT submitted or published or under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal) in electronic (PDF) format through the following link:

Important Dates

» (Final Call!) Full Paper Submission Deadline Before May 10, 2019   June 1, 2019	Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and it'll be published in the conference proceedings.  Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published   ▶ Author - present your work and publish the paper in conference proceedings. Submit Full-length Manuscript. ▶ Presenter - only present your work on ACIRS 2019. The presented speech will NOT be published.   ▶  Listener - No presentation, nor publication. Listener has access to all sessions to listen.
» Abstract Submission Due Before May 10, 2019   June 1, 2019
» Notification of Review Result on June 5, 2019   June 15, 2019

Registration

Please read the notices below the registration fee table firstly before you proceeds to the payment.

Notice!

One regular registration can cover a paper within 5 pages (Proceedings), including all figures, tables, and references.

Student rate is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST authors and attached their student' ID card copy when register.

♦ At least one of the authors listed on the accepted paper must pay the registration. One regular registration with additional papers can only has ONE copy of conference proceedings.

♦ The registration fee is no refund once the registration's completed.

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist"
