Paper Submission Details

Paper Submission Guidelines:

1. It is mandatory to submit the paper through EasyChair: Submission Link
2. Kindly note that the papers submitted via email will not be considered for review.
3. All the submitted papers are subjected to double-blind review process so authors are instructed not to put any details such as name or affliations in the submitted manuscript during the initial submissions.
4. Since the "Accepted and presented papers" of 2019 DISCOVER will be eligible to be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, the manuscript must strictly adhere to the standard IEEE two column format and must not be more than 6 pages.

6. All submitted papers will be subject to thorough plagiarism check and the ones found with plagiarised content will not be reviewed further.
