Welcome to the Nigeria Section of the IEEE. We, the officers, look
forward to a very successful year, and are pleased to have you as a
member of our team. Both the professional and student branches
are committed to making a difference in the community and in the
lives of aspiring professionals. To that end, we have worked to plan
activities that you will find enjoyable, enhancing, and rewarding.
We are convinced that you will find the benefits received from IEEE
well worth the effort it will require to make our section one of the
premier sections in our region. Yet, as the old adage says, " You get
out what you put in. " Thus, we encourage you to support the
Nigeria section with your input and participation in as many activities as possible.
Again, welcome to our team, and let's work together to put our nation in the fore front of technological
innovations.
As you must have noticed, The Nigeria section has evolved into a strong and reputable work group,
bringing together professionals and students from diverse fields. Our enhanced website would serve as
a cohesive tool, binding professionals and providing enormous opportunities for active members. As
time goes on we plan to unfold amazing packages that would put our members in the fore front of the
technological advancement of our beloved country.
