Electrical Safety, Technical, and Mega Projects Workshop

VENDOR EXHIBITS

The location of the exhibits is in the Telus Convention Center, which is conveniently attached to the conference hotel. This affords workshop attendees easy access to the exhibits and an exhibition venue that can support large and heavy items. An exhibitor kit will be sent to all exhibitors and is also posted at the bottom of this page.

Important Dates for Exhibitors:
Move in to exhibit hall: Sunday, March 28 from 6pm until midnight and Monday, March 29 from 8am until noon. Large equipment is encouraged to be moved in on Sunday.
Move out of exhibit hall deadline: Wednesday, March 31 at 3pm

We encourage all exhibitors to attend the technical sessions of the Workshop in order to experience the latest technologies, listen to and better understand the problems encountered in the field, and hear the concerns of participants. This information is of great value in determining customer needs and wants, which can help in product design and marketing strategies. The face-to-face networking time available in between the workshop sessions offers each exhibitor the opportunity to reacquaint themselves with existing customers, as well as develop new contacts and to share how their products and services benefit the industry. At the end of the workshop, all participants are given a printed attendees list. All Exhibitors are expected to adhere to the Commercialism and Ethics Guidelines.

Exhibitors will be able to set up in advance of the conference. There will be registration available at that time to hand out conference badges.

In order to qualify for exhibit space, each exhibitor must have at least one attendee registered for the Workshop. The conference attendee can register additional helpers when registering himself/herself. If the helpers would like to attend the Social, tickets can also be purchased for them during the online registration. Exhibit space will be available in 10ft x 10ft booths. Each 10x10 ft booth is $1400Cdn for IEEE members.

We will encourage and entice all participants to visit all exhibitors on the exhibition evenings.
