VENDOR EXHIBITS
We encourage all exhibitors to attend the technical sessions of the
Workshop in order to experience the latest technologies, listen to and
better understand the problems encountered in the field, and hear the
concerns of participants. This information is of great value in
determining customer needs and wants, which can help in product design and
marketing strategies. The face-to-face networking time available in
between the workshop sessions offers each exhibitor the opportunity to
reacquaint themselves with existing customers, as well as develop new
contacts and to share how their products and services benefit the
industry. At the end of the workshop, all participants are given a printed
attendees list. All Exhibitors are expected to adhere to the
Commercialism
and Ethics Guidelines.
Exhibitors will be able
to set up in advance of the conference. There will be registration
available at that time to hand out conference badges.
In order to qualify for exhibit space, each exhibitor must have at least
one attendee registered for the Workshop. The conference attendee can
register additional helpers when registering himself/herself. If the
helpers would like to attend the Social, tickets can also be purchased for
them during the online registration. Exhibit space will be available in
10ft x 10ft booths. Also note that the on site forklift has a maximum load
of 5000lbs. If there are any items to be handles above this weight,
contact Ken Martin to make arrangements for a larger forklift. GES (see
exhibitor's kit at top) is the only party which will be providing material
handling services on site. If you have a third party installing a booth
you will need to book GES for all material handling needs.
We will encourage and entice all participants to visit all exhibitors on
the exhibition evenings.
