Note that there are two seperate sites for registration, one for Individual Attendance and a second site for Trade Show Exhibitors. Please select the appropriate link below.

Please register for the conference prior to booking your hotel room to receive the conference room rate (use the conference registration confirmation code).

Registration fees are in Canadian funds, GST is not included.
Early registration includes a duffel bag with the ESTMP logo!
Late registration starts after February 19th, 2012.

*Attendance to the lecture sessions for IEEE Students and Life members is free, however, nominal fees will apply for other workshop activities (e.g. Social). A full year IEEE student registration is currently $33.60 which more than pays for itself with this event alone. Click here to join IEEE.

Trade Show Exhibitors

Trade Show Exhibitors Registration is now closed with the exception of additional exhibit staff which may be registered at the door.

Additional Booth Space cannot be added to exhibitor registrations however exhibitors are able to register multiple individuals as exhibitors to obtain multiple 10’x10’ booth spaces (To a maximum of 4 per exhibitor).  Coordination with Exhibition Chair is required to ensure multiple booths are adjacent.

One day registration options are not available for trade show exhibitors.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made directly with the Workshop Registrar. Because there is a cost associated with processing the registration we will not be able to provide a 100% refund. A refund of 80% will be given if the Registration chair receives notice of cancellation up until the cancellation date of February 19, 2012.

Travel Information Regarding Passports:
The Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative requires that all US citizens planning on visiting Canada after this date will need a valid passport to re-enter the United States. You, and any guest you bring with you, will need a valid passport to attend the Workshop. Obtaining a Passport can be a lengthy process. You can get a rush put on one but the cost is much higher. Under normal circumstances it takes at least 3 weeks. It can take up to 2 months especially if you have to go get a copy of your Birth Certificate.

Letters of invitation:
For travelers requiring invitation letters to fulfill traveler Visa requirements, please contact Philip Anderson.
We require the following for foreign country registration in order to provide invitation letters: 1) The registrant must be a qualified member of the IEEE in good standing prior to registration; 2) The credit card used to register must be in the same name as the registrant; 3) The registrant and associated company/University must prove they are in a related field of work/study.
