industrial program

exhibition facility

Vendors with products and services related to the NSS, MIC, and RTSD are invited to participate in the Industrial Program which comprises an exhibition and technical seminars.

The Strasbourg Palais des Congrès offers an excellent venue for the meeting, arranged to provide exceptional attendee access to the industrial exhibits. The exhibition area will be located in a newly constructed, modern exhibition hall (Hall 3). All general conference coffee breaks will take place in the exhibition area and, in addition, the Attendee Lounge will be co-located with the exhibits. This is the ideal setup to maximize interactions between attendees and exhibitors. To allow the NSS, MIC, and RTSD communities ample time to visit the exhibition area, the exhibits will be open from Tuesday lunch time to the end of the afternoon coffee break on Thursday. Monday and Tuesday morning are reserved for set–up, with Thursday evening and Friday morning reserved for move-out. The exhibitors’ reception – another great opportunity for you to network with the attendees – will be held on Tuesday night, as it has been done for several years.

The detailed Exhibits schedule is included in the The Exhibitors Prospectus (pdf) which also provides detailed information for exhibitors on the conference venue, registration forms, and prices. Interested vendors should contact Jean-Marie Le Goff for technical questions, and Elodie Igersheim for reservations. Single and multiple booth combinations can be reserved on a space available basis. The booth layout is included in this prospectus. All booths are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitors have the opportunity to enhance their visibility at the Conference by purchasing advertisements in the Conference publications and Conference App, for inquires please contact Antonio Pacheco.

Attendees are invited to visit the exhibition area any time to see the latest in exhibitor offerings, as well as to attend the series of technical seminars focused on the newest product developments.

exhibitor technical seminars

Do not miss the opportunity to showcase your new products and get more visibility within the scientific community through participation in the Exhibitor Technical Sessions. Each technical session will provide a 30-minute presentation slot. You may reserve two sequential slots if you need additional time for your presentation. .

academia-industry matching forum

For the first time this year, academia will reveal cutting-edge technologies with potential benefits to your business. Take the unique chance to meet and talk to leading researchers who will present mature technology developments at the academia-industry matching forum organized by HEPTech – the technology transfer network of particle, astro-particle, and nuclear physics. This event will take place concurrently with the conference and will provide additional networking opportunities.

Attendees will have the opportunity to submit their technology development proposal via the abstract submission process, and will be informed of the outcome by 17 June 2016.

exhibition reception

On the evening of Tuesday, 1 November 2016, an Exhibitor Reception will be held in the Exhibition area to allow ample time for attendees and exhibitors to meet and discuss topics of mutual interest without overlapping the scientific programs.
