* On-site Registration will be available at the registration desk during during the workshop (March 9th-11th). We would appreciate your cooperation to register as early as possible.
* All deadline dates are in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
* The deadline date is based on the arrival date of your application form and the confirmation of your payment of the registration fee to the Registration Office.

* One registration per attendee is required.
*1 Students are required to submit a scanned copy (in either jpg/jpeg or pdf format) of their student ID or student certificate letter from their supervisors via online registration form. Without it, Regular Registration fee will be charged.
* All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY).
* Regular and student registration fees include: attendance at all the sessions, one paper presentation, the booklet of programs, conference proceedings, all coffee breaks, 3 lunches, and the conference dinner.

Registration Requirement for Paper Presentation

For the papers to be presented at the workshop, authors should meet the following conditions:
1. Either presenting author or any of co-authors should complete the workshop registration and payment by January 31st, 2018.
2. One registration is required for one paper.
3. If an author is to submit more than one full paper, discounted rate (JPY 30,000) will apply to second (or more) paper. Please apply for them by choosing [Additional Paper] on the registration form. (For paper submissions ONLY. Items such as workshop materials, lunch, conference dinner and others are NOT included.)

Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made by one of the following methods:

* Any bank charges including the ones of paying banks or intermediary banks should be borne by the applicants.
* For international bank transfer, the transaction fees of banks in both the source and destination countries might be deducted from your payment. If the amount of received payment is less than that of registration fee, you will be asked to pay the balance on-site. The following paying bank's charges are required in Japan: Remittance charge (always required) is approx. JPY 1,500, and lifting charge (depending on your bank) is approx. JPY 2,500.
* If the remittance covers more than one person, please inform us of the name of each participant.

* If you require an invoice for the payment, please contact the Registration Office after choosing the payment method as bank transfer.
* Receipt can be downloaded through the registration user account.(Printed receipt will be provided at the conference site.)
* Please note that the payment method for onsite-registration will be cash or credit card.

Confirmation

* If you have paid the registration fee by credit card, Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
* If you pay the fee by bank transfer, a reply e-mail with bank information will be sent to the registered e-mail address. After confirming your payment, Confirmation will be sent by the Registration Office.
* If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

Changes of Registration

Please revise your personal information by logging-in to your personal page. If you would like to change your registration category and payment method, please contact the Registration Office.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your participation in the workshop, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. However, if you are the author of the papers listed on the workshop proceedings, your registration fee will not be refunded.

* Via Credit card: The refund will be made via the credit card which you have used at the registration.
* Via Bank transfer: All refunds will be made after the workshop. Bank charges will be deducted from the amount to be paid back.

Visa Support

Citizens of certain countries are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. Please check the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA) to know if you need to obtain a visa and the visa application procedures: https://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html
The organizer will prepare the documents that should be prepared by the inviting person in Japan and send them to you.

* Please note that this service will be provided only for the authors at AMC2018 or IEEE Member.
* Before you apply for assistance, you are required to take the following steps:
1. Complete your registration with full payment of the fee. Visa support is only for the authors at AMC2018 or IEEE Member.
2. Book a Flight.
3. Reserve a Hotel.
