IEEE ECCE 2009 combines two of the most successful international conference programs – IEEE Power Electronics Specialists Conference (PESC) and the Industrial Power Conversion Systems Department of the IEEE Industry Applications Society Annual Conference into one significant conference and exposition with a focus on energy conversion, efficiency, and sustainability.
