At least one of the authors per paper must register for the conference by December 21, 2012. Otherwise, the corresponding paper will be excluded from the final program and the manuscript will be removed from the conference proceedings.
Accepted papers must be presented at the conference in January 2012 before inclusion in the IEEE XPlore.
