How to Register
- Participants are strongly requested to register for the symposium individually via On-line Registration System at the symposium website https://ewh.ieee.org/conf/ius/ius_2015/index.html.
- Complete registration required full payment and the relevant supporting document.

Notification of Online Registration Process
A notification would be send via email the online registration system to confirm your application. If you fail to receive it, please contact the Registration Office (ius2015.reg@elitepco.com.tw) before you try to register again.
Confirmation of Registration
A confirmation of registration will be issued upon the receipt of your completed payment. However, registration without the relevant supporting document and full payment of registration fee in the designated deadline will be altered as On-site registration by the secretariat.
Letter of Invitation
Participants may request the invitation letter from the IUS 2015 Secretariat (ius2015.reg@elitepco.com.tw) . The invitation is issued only for the purpose of entry visa application and is not a commitment from the IUS 2015 organizers to provide financial aid to any applicant or their accompanying persons. Expenses incurred are the personal responsibility of the applicant.
- The deadline for Online Registration is October 10, 2015. All registration and payment received after this date will be considered as On-site Registration and processed on-site.
- For On-site Registration, only payment via Cash (US$) and Credit Card (Visa, Master, JCB Card) are accepted.
- The registration desk operating hours start on Tuesday (October 20, 2015) at 5:00 p.m, staff will be ready to assist you with your onsite registration and any delegate query.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to the IUS 2015 Symposium Secretariat. The following cancellation and refund policies will apply:
- Before Sep. 01, 2015: Refund of prepaid fees except for an administration charge of US$50.
- After Sep. 01, 2015: No refund is applicable.
- Authors who have uploaded their papers are NOT entitled to any refunds.
All refund will be processed after the congress has concluded.
Disclaimer
Every attempt will be made to present the program as printed. However, the IUS 2015 reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, programs or other items relating directly or indirectly to the Symposium, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The IUS 2015 Symposium Secretariat is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of cancellation of the Symposium all pre-paid fees will be refunded in full. However, the IUS 2015 Symposium secretariat is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such cancellation.
Participants are advised to take care of their own travel and medical insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the Symposium does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to their belongings.
