Sponsorship PackagesThe 2015 IUS symposium has several sponsorship packages available, providing sponsors with a choice of advertising exposure related to your financial commitment. All amounts are in US dollars. Please note that sponsors of Package Sponsorship will receive priority if there are multiple sponsors interested in the same item.

Since the sponsorship packages are first come first serve, sponsors who send their acceptance earlier will receive first rights to packages. The 50% deposit is due no later than April 15, 2015. Full payment is due no later than June 15, 2015.

Abstract AdvertisementThe symposium program book will be produced and distributed to all attendees and speakers at the event, 1,300 prints in total. It will be referred to regularly throughout the symposium. One full color advertisement page (A4/ portrait) will be inserted within the program book (artwork to be supplied by sponsor), enabling you to increase corporate awareness and launch your product campaign. The opportunity for sponsors to display advertisements is reserved for package sponsors.

Delegate Satchel Item Insert US$1,500/per item
We are expecting to produce 1,300 Symposium Delegate satchel pieces. Sponsors are entitled to insert productions into the symposium satchel. Sponsors are responsible to produce the production.

Application and PaymentTo confirm a sponsorship or exhibition package, please complete the attached sponsorship application form and return it to the 2015 IUS symposium secretariat.

You must deposit the 50% deposit within 30 days from receiving the initial invoice, the latest date being 15 April 2015.

Final payment of the remaining 50% is due by 15 August 2015 for which you will also receive a tax invoice. Should final payment not be received after this date, the package will be released for re-sale and the deposit not returned. As spaces are strictly limited, returning an Acceptance Form does not guarantee a place as a Sponsor/Exhibitor. You will be contacted with a confirmation letter to confirm your acceptance as a Sponsor/Exhibitor.
