Participants
Attendees are invited from relevant academic institutions, foundations, government/non-government organizations, industry, organizations, professional societies and associations, who pursue research and development in the fields of interest of the IEEE. They could be UG/PG, doctoral students, faculty, R&D executives, scientists, regulators, policy makers etc.Discount for IEEE members
30% discount offered for IEEE Student Members. 20% discount offered for IEEE Members (other than student). If you are claiming for this discount, you need to produce your membership card (in original) at the registration desk on 18 Dec, 2009.Registration for Authors
If you have multiple papers accepted for presentation, you need to register for each Paper ID. For example, if you are author of paper IDs 62 and 66, then you need to register twice. There is no concession for authors of multiple papers.Final Manuscript Submission
Papers will be published by IEEExplore in only digital form. Submit your final manuscript on https://www.ieee.org/web/publications/pubservices/confpub/indicon09/index.html.

Paper should be no longer than 4 pages of A4 size.
If you exceed this, you have to pay Rs. 1500/- per page in addition to the registration fee indicated in the fee table. Your registration will not get confirmed unless we receive this amount in your payment DD.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Request for cancellation will be subjected to the following conditions:
- Request must reach on or before 5 Dec, 2009. There will be a cancellation charge of 50% and the paper (if author of accepted paper) will be withdrawn from publication too.
- No request for refund will be entertained after 5 Dec, 2009.
- Refund cheques will be sent ONLY after 31 Dec, 2009.
Accommodation

Registration fees for different categories are as mentioned below. Interested persons are requested to send their registration form along with a demand draft of the registration fees at our correspondence address. We will confirm your registration on receipt of your registration form & demand draft. Liability and Disclaimer
The registered delegate acknowledges that he/she has no rights to lodge any claims against the INDICON 2009 Organizers should the Conference be hindered or prevented to occur by any unexpected political, economic or pandemic events, or generally by force majeure, or by the non-appearance of scheduled speakers or other reasons that necessitate program changes.Registration Fee

Payment is to be done through Demand Draft made in favour of 'IEEE Gujarat Section' payable at Ahmedabad, Gujarat(India). Do not forget to write your name, email-id, and IEEE member number (if applicable) on the reverse of your demand draft.Registration Form
