Welcome to

The mission of the RFID Society is to
serve the interests of its members and
the community at large by promoting the
exchange on the challenges and
opportunities faced by the industry and
academy in RFID areas. It is
accomplished through conferences,
publications, as well as other technical
and social activities that contribute to
the professional needs of its members.
The Chapter Committee operates under the
Code of Practice, which has been made in
accordance to the by-laws of the IEEE
CRFID as well as Singapore Section.

IEEE CRFID Singapore Chapter is organizing an RFID workshop covering the fundamental theories and practical skills of RFID technology, advanced RFID antennas, and various enterprise applications. Some industry product demo will be showcased during the workshop as well.

In January
2016, the
IEEE Council
on RFID (CRFID) was approved for its
first official Chapter, namely the "IEEE
Singapore Section Council on RFID Chapter".
IEEE CRFID Singapore chapter
organized
a kick-off seminar on 21th July
2016. This seminar shared the founding story of
the chapter. Two feature talks were presented to
demonstrate the research progress in RFID
antennas and the challenges and opportunities
faced by the industry and academy in RFID areas.
There was a networking session with refreshments
