The Fall Section Conference this year will be a full-day conference on "Nanotechnology, Nanorobots, Nanobusiness, and Nanoeducation". We have a very exciting program of presentations including keynote talks on "Nanotechnology in Medicine and Biology" by Professor James R. Baker, Jr. M.D. Director of the Michigan Nanotechnology Institute for Medicine and Biological Sciences at the University of Michigan, and "Nanotechnology Jobs in Michigan" by Rick Snyder, Chair of the Board, CEO and a Co-Founder of Ardesta, LLC. The main keynote address after dinner is "Wireless Integrated Micro-Systems: Wearable and Implantable Devices for Improved Health Care" by IEEE Life Fellow Prof. Kensall D. A Note About the Conference
Please note that our conferences are not "fund raiser" events. The Section does not make money on these events. Instead, these event are put on by volunteers as a benefit to the Section members. We attempt to break even on the conference. See the registration page for prices. If you are member and would like to volunteer at the conference, see the volunteers page.
