Conference Home Registration

Early registration is open at https://www.ieee-sem.org/sectionregistration.html. Substantial discounts are available for early registration. IEEE members receive member rates. Subtantial discounts apply for student members, retired members, and unemployed members.

Attendee prices include the all-day conference, two morning keynote addresses, two technical program tracks, poster sessions, vendors displays, dinner, and dinner keynote address. No refunds after November 1, 2009.

Companies and organizations wanting to sponsor the conference will find sponsorship information on our Sponsors page .

Please note that our conferences are not "fund raiser" events. The Section does not make money on these events. Instead, these event are put on by volunteer officers as a benefit to the Section members. We attempt to break even on the conference.

We have changed the prices and added an extra $5 to cover the cost of a box lunch. A box lunch will be provided along with break snacks.
