KIS 2006 Treffen der AG "Chipkarten im Gesundheitswesen" Die Arbeitgruppe "Chipkarten im Gesundheitswesen" hat in den letzten Jahren geruht und fasziniert die Entwicklung der elektronischen Gesundheitskarte eGK beobachtet. Nachdem jetzt der Weg der nächsten Monate mit den Pflichtanwendungen erkennbar ist können wir über die "Kür" diskutieren. Es sollten hier Aufgaben für die Arbeitsgruppe zu finden sein, die sicher auch in Zusammenartbeit mit anderen Arbeitsgruppen der GMDS zu lösen sind.

Abstract: Noch 1972 sagte W. Hügin im ersten großen deutschsprachigen Lehrbuch für Anästhesiologie [1]: "Der Trend zur technischen Hypertrophie konzentriert sich in letzter Zeit auf Überwachungseinrichtungen. Tatsächlich gibt es einen Narkoseapparat, der hauptsächlich aus einer großen Säule mit elektronischen Verstärkern, Galvanometern und Direktschreibern besteht. Selbstverständlich ist jede Information über das Ergehen des Patienten wertvoll und in diesem Sinne ein gewisser technischer Aufwand für das Monitoring bestimmt am Platz. Man täuscht sich nur leicht über den Wert der Informationen, die einem von den verschiedenen Hilfsmitteln zukommen."
Damals war die Entwicklung des Monitorings und der Apparatetechnik nicht im Entferntesten abzuschätzen. Die Anästhesiologie stellt heute ein Gebiet mit sehr hoher Computerisierung dar und erfordert somit auch in diesem Bereich gut ausgebildete Mediziner und Ingenieure. In dem Vortrag wird die Entwicklung des Monitorings und der Beatmungstechnik skizziert und abschließend die Frage diskutiert:
Ist die Entwicklung eines Auto-Piloten für die Durchführung einer Narkose denkbar? Anhand von aktuellen Forschungsergebnissen werden die Argumente für und gegen eine computerunterstützte Anästhesie abgewogen und ein Blick in die Zukunft gewagt.
Der Referent arbeitet seit mehr als 10 Jahren an der Entwicklung von Mess- und Regelungssystemen im Berech der Anästhesie (Pdf). Die vollständige Ankündigung kann man hier auch im PDF-Format herunterladen.

Informationstechnik für die Neurorehabilitation - Wann lernen Lahmen wieder laufen?

Abstract: Computer- und roboterunterstützte Methoden werden in der Rehabilitation neurologischer Patienten immer häufiger eingesetzt. Dieser Vortrag soll aufzeigen, wie durch neuartige Techniken und spezielle "mensch-zentrierte", "kooperative" Strategien Patienten mit Läsionen im zentralen Nervensystem verloren gegangene Bewegungsfunktionen zurückgewinnen können. Dabei werden zwei Themenbereiche näher beleuchtet: Die Technik der funktionellen Elektrostimulation zeigt auf, wie durch kontrollierte, modellunterstützte Muskelreizung selbst komplett querschnittgelähmte Patienten wieder laufen lernen können. Mit Hilfe der roboterunterstützten Bewegungstherapie ist es sogar möglich, z.B. bei Schlaganfallpatienten mit Halbseitenlähmung, bleibende Heilungseffekte zu erzielen. Der Vortrag schließt mit einer Darstellung der besonderen Herausforderungen und Chancen dieser neuen Technologien. Die vollständige Ankündigung kann man hier auch im PDF-Format herunterladen.
