C3SEE06: Registration: Information

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION:
GENERAL INFORMATION

INTRODUCTION

Registration is required to attend the IEEE 2006 Canadian Conference on Computer and Software Engineering Education and to assure the publication of the paper in the C3SEE06 Proceedings.

The first paper of all the paper submissions must be accompanied by at least one full registration.

IEEE members have reduced prices relative to non-members. There is also a one-day registration.

Due to the registration deadline for finalization of the C3SEE06 Conference Proceedings, no registration refunds will be considered after that date.

FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Full registration provides access privilages at the conference, including:

Attendance to all the technical paper sessions;
Attendance to tours;
C3SEE06 Proceedings;
All the conference meals (breakfasts, lunches, including the banquet); and
All the refreshment breaks.

ONE-DAY CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

As with the full day, the one-day registration entitles to all privilages at the conference during one day only, No dinner is included in the oone-day registration.

STUDENT CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

A student registration for C3SEE06 includes:

Attendance to the technical paper sessions;
Attendance to tours;
C3SEE06 Proceedings;
All the meals provided by the conference (breakfasts, lunches, including the banquet);
All the refreshment breaks.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

The following items can also be purchased from the conference organiziers:

Additional conference proceedings; and
Additional tickets for the banquet and luncheons.

PAYMENT

Payment in Canadian Dollars should be made to the C3SEE06 by

Personal cheques;
Money Orders;
Traveler's cheques;
Credit cards will not be accepted; and
Cash.

The payment should be mailed or faxed to the C3SEE06 Conference Secretariat, using the dowloadable Registration Forms.

One registration form is in PDF. It is designed for printing, filling it out by hand, and either faxing it, or sending it by regular mail to the address of the Conference Secretariat.

The other registration form is electronic, also in PDF, but with electronic entries and e-mailing. This form is clearly preferable.
